1. What kind of token is PERSONA (hereinafter referred to as PERSONA)?
PERSONA is an RWA crypto that tokenizes artwork assets. RWA (Real World Asset) tokens refer to real-world assets such as real estate,
artworks, gold, stocks, and bonds converted into digital tokens on the blockchain.
This makes it easier to trade and manage traditional assets. PERSONA currently owns physical artworks, and these artworks range from works by masters such as Pablo Picasso to works by up-and-coming artists. Holders who participate in PERSONA can have the rights to profit from the artworks through the PERSONA RWA token.
2. What is the vision of Persona?
What Persona aims for the most is easy and not difficult. Whether it is a work of art or a blockchain
token, we believe it should be easy for the public. We deal with topics that seem difficult, such as artwork or blockchain tokens, but we want to create a platform that is as easy and comfortable as possible for anyone to approach. If this ease and comfort appeals to the public, I believe that the leagues that are limited to certain individuals and groups will gradually collapse and become a platform that everyone knows. Persona will
make the art world easily accessible to the public.
3. RWA and STO tokens seem similar. I know that STO is a security token and has legal sanctions.
Does RWA not have these legal sanctions issues?
To conclude, “No.” RWA and STO may seem similar at first glance, but they are fundamentally different.
RWA tokens are a concept of digitizing real assets, so they do not necessarily have to be securities.
For example, gold, real estate, artwork, bonds, etc. can also be included.
STO (Security Token Offering) tokens are security tokens, so they are subject to securities laws.
